Sadananda Gowda launched on 2April 2012, Sakala(in kannada means ‘on time’),a statewide IT enabled ,transparent&accountable administration for guarantee of services.to citizens.
Under this scheme Govt servants will have to compensate the citizen with a min. of Rs20/day/case for delay /default in rendering services.
“If this is implemented successfully we wish Sadanand Gowda continues sadakala(means always)” I heard someone telling in the Bazar.
