A Lawyer in Bangalore fought a case for Central Excise Commission.After the case Central Excise Commission refused to pay!

The Lawyer moved Consumer Court .

The Consumer Court ruled that the Lawyer was a service provider and not a consumer.He was providing service to Excise Commission  and has not purchased goods from it.

Interesting isn’t it?

The Lawyer is M.T.Vasanth Kumar,a standing counsel for the Central Govt..

He had charged a fee of Rs 20250 for the case he fought in 2007.He also had sought a compensation of Rs 50000/- from  Central Excise Commission.

However the Consumer Forum pulled up the Excise Commission for not clearing  the dues of the Advocate.

II PUC Question Paper leak!

Biology,Physics and Maths question papers of II PUC exam  stored at the sub treasury at Kadur in Chikmagalur district went missing!

The papers were photo copied  and from an internet café in Tarekere ,to scan,upload and mail the three question papers..The leaked paper reached Tarikere ,Bhadravati and Shimoga.From there they were distributed to Raichur,Kolar,Chikballapur,Mulbagal,Chintamani and Mandya..

The racketeers didn’t imagine  that investigators would track them down easily using the IP addresses.

The kingpin behind this leak is Munawar Basha,it has been  traced.His partner in the racket was Sunil Kumar working in the Kadur sub treasury,who was in possession of the strong room keys of the sub treasury.

Following this II PUC Papers leak hulla gulla came  the rumour on  Thursday 5April,2012.about the leak of SSLC Science Question Paper!.

The leaked question paper was in circulation in Basavanagudi,Chamarajpet and Srinivasanagar.Price Rs 5000 per piece!

Panic and anxiety drove  quite a lot of students  crazy!

The  seized handwritten question paper copies showed it was the question paper of last year!

To the relief of every one it was found that it was only some Fraudsters trick to make money!
